Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This notice explains the use of personal information on getmokko.com, in our contact and opt-in forms, and in connection with our marketing.
1. Who to contact
Mokko operates this website and determines the purposes of the processing described here. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact hello@getmokko.com. For an existing service engagement, the contracting entity is identified in your service agreement.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, website, business type, monthly advertising budget range, creative production volume, and any information you choose to share in subsequent communications. A submission identifier helps us process the request reliably. Providing the required fields is necessary to handle the request through the form.
When you visit, our website and providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referrers, interaction events and technical logs. Depending on your privacy choices and enabled tools, information may include cookie or browser identifiers, advertising click identifiers, campaign parameters, approximate location and conversion events.
After analytics consent, we store campaign attribution information such as UTM parameters and Google advertising click IDs and may attach it to your form submission. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or information about other people unless necessary and authorized.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use form and booking information to respond to your request, arrange a conversation and take steps toward a service agreement. Where applicable, this is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries involving your employer.
We process necessary technical information to deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems, relying on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. We also process information where required to meet legal obligations.
Optional Google and PostHog analytics, advertising storage and personalization rely on your choice where required by applicable law. Meta campaign measurement runs regardless of that choice, as described below. If you separately opt in to promotional emails, we use your contact details for that purpose on the applicable consent basis. Submitting a discovery-call request is not, by itself, consent to a separate newsletter. You can object to direct marketing or withdraw a marketing opt-in at any time.
4. Analytics and advertising tools
Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use GA4 to understand traffic, pages visited and actions such as form steps and bookings. Google may receive technical information, page URLs, identifiers and event data. Google Ads supports campaign measurement, attribution and, where enabled and permitted, remarketing. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Meta Ads. Regardless of your optional analytics choice below, we send Meta these events from your browser: page views, clicks on a main contact button, visits to the contact page, an engaged-visit event after about 10 seconds with the site open in a visible tab (once per browser tab session), and a lead event when your contact brief is saved. Except for page views, each event is also sent from our server with a matching event ID so Meta can count it once. For matching, the Pixel receives the email entered in the form and Meta may hash it; our server hashes the email before sending the lead event. Server events may also include an IP address, browser details, the page address without query parameters and Meta click or browser identifiers when available. A Meta click identifier may be saved in a first-party cookie when you arrive from a Meta ad. We do not send your brief answers or advertising budget to Meta. These tools support campaign measurement, audience creation and ad relevance. Meta may connect this information with information it holds about you. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and your Meta account ad preferences.
PostHog. When enabled and you accept analytics, PostHog helps us understand page visits, clicks, form progress and other product interactions. After an accepted-consent form submission, the site can associate your email address with your analytics profile. Session replay, where enabled, can capture page content and interactions; the site configures form inputs to be masked. See PostHog’s Privacy Policy.
Providers may act as processors for some activities and independently determine other processing under their own terms. Ad measurement does not mean we can identify every visitor or that every conversion was caused by an ad.
6. Forms, opt-in and booking
Our contact form sends your brief to Mokko’s lead-processing service hosted through Cloudflare. Once the request is saved, the site can load a Cal.com booking calendar and pass your name and email to prefill it. Booking details are processed to organize the meeting. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy.
We use your enquiry details to follow up about the service you requested. Any additional promotional opt-in should identify what you are signing up for. You can unsubscribe through a link in promotional messages where provided, or email hello@getmokko.com. Withdrawal of a marketing opt-in does not prevent necessary replies about an ongoing request or service.
7. Recipients and international processing
Information may be available to authorized Mokko personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security, lead processing, communications, scheduling, analytics and advertising. These include Vercel, Cloudflare, Cal.com, Google, Meta and PostHog for the purposes described above. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or protect rights.
Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Where required, such transfers need an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
8. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and booking records for the time needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Client records may be retained longer to perform the agreement, reconcile payments, meet legal obligations or address claims. Retention is assessed by purpose, the status of the relationship, legal requirements and whether a dispute is outstanding.
Analytics and advertising retention also depends on provider account settings. Browser-storage periods are described above and are not the same as server-side retention. We use access restrictions and technical protections appropriate to the processing, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. We may need proportionate information to verify your request.
Contact hello@getmokko.com. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the authority where you live or work in the EEA. Exercising these rights is subject to applicable exceptions and does not affect processing necessary to meet legal obligations.
10. Scope and updates
This site is intended for business enquiries, not for children. This notice covers our website and marketing; processing performed specifically on behalf of a client may be covered by a separate service agreement or data-processing agreement. We update this notice when our practices change and identify the revision date above. Material changes requiring fresh consent will not be treated as accepted merely because you revisit the site.
